Certain products may be available exclusively online through the website. These products may have limited quantities and are subject to return only according to our Return Policy.

You agree to provide current, complete and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases made at our store.

SECTION 6 - SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Shipping times and rates are shown at checkout and vary by destination. For international orders, duties and taxes may apply depending on your country and are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise stated at checkout.

NIDOO is not responsible for delays caused by carriers or customs.

SECTION 7 - RETURNS AND REFUNDS

We accept returns on items received within 15 days of delivery. Products must be unused, unwashed, and in their original condition with tags attached. To start a return, email hello@wearnidoo.com with your order number. Approved returns must be sent within 7 days. Final Sale items cannot be returned or refunded. Direct exchanges are not offered.

Refunds are issued to the original payment method once the return is received and inspected. Original shipping charges are not refunded. For full details, see our Shipping & Returns page.

All content on this site, including images, designs, logos, text, and graphics, is the property of NIDOO and is protected by applicable copyright and trademark law. You may not use, reproduce, or distribute any content without our express written permission.
